About Us

Terine M. Crawford is from Brooklyn, New York and relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2004. She’s been married for 7 years and has a 4 year old son. She has a BA in Psychology from Brooklyn College and is licensed in North Carolina to be a Certified Nursing Assistant. Terine has over 10 years of experience in service to others and enjoys caring for the elderly.

Linda Alston is from the Bronx, New York. She transitioned to Charlotte, NC with the Financial Institution she has been employed with for 25 year. Linda has been married for 15 years with two daughters and two sons. She has an Associates Degree in Business Administration and is in pursuit of her Bachelors in Health Administration. Linda has 12 years experience as an Administrative Assistant and 13 years experience as a Customer Service

Representative.

After working in Corporate America for many years and managing their own personal lives, Terine and Linda sought out the idea to assist others and help provide Lifestyle Management to those in need. So they started "Give Me A Break Concierge & Personal Assistant Services". Terine & Linda both possess the passion of caring for others and are well experienced at providing high-quality service to their customers.
