Application deadline is November 4, 2011. The following material contains helpful information for you to keep in mind when preparing for the upcoming Vendor Expo:
- Vendors are on a ‘First come-First serve basis.
· Public Admission to the event is free.
· All Media Accepted.
· There is no rain date for the Event and no refunds will be made.
· Give Me A Break is not responsible for property damages or injuries in incurred
during the event. The vendor shall maintain a clean and safe operation for the
full duration of the event.
- What is included in the $80.00 vendor fee?
One table, one chair, Facilities and Parking. **Fixed price of $80.00.
- Electricity available upon request (Please indicate on application).
- If you require the use of electricity for your space you will need to bring your own cords/equipment.
- Facilities open 11/12/11 @ 9:00 am on Saturday morning for set-up.
- Break-down time will begin 11/12/11 @ 2pm Saturday
- As stated on the application, every vendor must stay the full-length of time of the Event or will not be asked back. We need everyone’s full participation in order to make this a fun, annual event in which the community (shoppers and vendors) will look forward to every year.
·Vendor signature on the Reservation Form acceptance of these participation rules.
No application will be accepted without full payment of registration fee. Vendor space is limited. Please submit your application as soon as possible.
